We invite you to support the 4th annual Jordan Hospital Club Cornhole Tournament to support behavioral and mental health initiatives at BID-Plymouth. This year’s tournament will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at John Alden Sport.

With generous support from the community - cornhole players, donors, sponsors, and volunteers - we will be helping to support areas of great need. This year’s proceeds will go towards:

● Crisis Intervention ● Early Prevention Programs.

● Linkage to community resources ● Short-term Counseling

● Community Outreach
